Through hands-on programs, mentorship, and community projects, we help youth build confidence, resilience, and leadership skills—preparing them to thrive today and lead tomorrow. Our vision is a community united in giving every young person the opportunity to succeed, contribute, and lead.
Ali didn’t set out to start a nonprofit. She started Giving Grayce MN because she had seen what happens when young people don’t have a safe place to land — when they feel unheard, unsupported, or like they have to figure everything out on their own. Our mission is to empower youth in our community by providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where they are seen, heard, and valued — supporting youth today so they can thrive tomorrow.
She believes youth deserve more than just “getting by”. They deserve connection, consistency, and people who genuinely care. This work is personal to her. It’s rooted in love, experience, and the belief that community can change lives. If this mission speaks to you, we’re really glad you’re here.
